Grants
Shaw endeavors to respect and support the interests and values of the communities it serves. Shaw supports valuable activities, in communities across Western Canada. In support of Little Warriors, Shaw has graciously donated $150,000, to help prevent child sexual abuse.
The Allard Foundation does great things for Alberta and Canada. In support of Little Warriors, the Allard Foundation has graciously donated $60,000 for Prevention Education Delivery Purposes. Every adult trained, in the National Acclaimed Stewards of Children Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Program, represents approximately 10 children that will be directly impacted.
Intact Insurance (Formerly ING Foundation/ING Canada) is proud to back the community and the good work that their donations help to support. Intact Insurance is pleased to offer its support to Little Warriors "Help Kids Be Brave" initiative, in the amount of $50,000.

Telus Community Foundation has given $20,000 to assist with the development of the Little Warriors website. The site is a comprehensive resource providing detailed information about child sexual abuse prevention strategies, the legal and justice system, and available healing and support services.
ECALA (Edmonton Community Adult Learning Association)
exists in order to establish a community of adult learners whose
life-long learning needs and wants are fulfilled. ECALA has provided $20,000
in grant funds to Little Warriors to reach out to the parents of
children in higher risk schools. This contribution will help to prevent
child sexual abuse in the communities we live.

Minerva Foundation has dedicated $65,000 towards developing the Canadian version of the Stewards of Children workbook. This workbook is a key component of the Stewards of Children program and the Canadian version is needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
Minerva Foundation has partnered with Little Warriors for the duration of 2009 and 2010 to provide $150,000 in financial support. This support is provided as the Foundation's commitment to protecting all of our children.

The Edmonton Police Foundation has provided funding totalling $10,000 to train 100 community volunteers (i.e. soccer coaches, boy scout leaders, girl guide leaders) who work directly with children.

Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation has committed $5,000 towards the Stewards of Children program. This money will enable Little Warriors to offer Stewards of Children training at a reduced rate to organizations that will greatly benefit from the program.
Costco Wholesale Canada is proud to support Little Warriors through grant sponsorship of $5000 in order to help change the future of Canadian Children. Costco Wholesale is very involved in community giving.
The Kiwanis Club of Edmonton has graciously committed $1,500 which is earmarked for the Stewards of Children child sexual abuse education program. The Kiwanis Club is proud to support a worthwhile cause and hopes their assistance will help make a difference in the lives of children.

The Kinette Club of
Alberta Culture and Community Spirit has graciously provided $25,000 in grant funding to apply to operations. This funding will play a valuable part in helping Little Warriors to deliver its Prevention Awareness Campaign to our community. A big thank you is extended to the honorable Lindsay Blackett, Minister of Culture and Community Spirit for his support.
The Ionic Club of Edmonton is an
important club in our community and their focus is to give back. The Ionic Club
of Edmonton has donated $7,000 to apply towards Prevention Program Expenses for
Little Warriors.
The Calgary Foundation has graciously committed to provide $5,000 in level of support for the Prevention Training offered by Little Warriors.
